Description

Guests at the dedication ceremony for the new shrine for the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights look on as the shrine is unveiled. President Harry S. Truman is seated in the second row, near the left corner of the cases on the floor. Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Fred Vinson is standing nearest the podium on the right. All others are unidentified.
