Description
Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Fred Vinson (standing) addresses the audience at the dedication of the new shrine for the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights at the National Archives in Washington, D.C. Also present is President Harry S. Truman (seated facing crowd, fourth from left) and Archivist of the United States Wayne C. Grover (seated facing crowd, second from left). All others are unidentified.
