President Harry S. Truman (left) with First Lady Bess W. Truman (right) at Meridian Hill Park, Washington, D.C. They are there for a ceremony in which Queen Juliana of the Netherlands presented a carillon to the people of the United States. Standing between them is Edward J. Kelly, Superintendent of National Capital Parks. All others unidentified.
