Description
President Harry S. Truman gives a speech at the cornerstone laying for the Bethesda Naval Clinic Center in Maryland. This event was also the dedication of the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center. Also present is Federal Security Administrator Oscar Ewing (standing, left). All others are unidentified.
