Description

Unveiling of the statue of Sir John Dill at Arlington National Cemetery. Lady Dill, her daughter, and Major John Dill, Sir John's son, were present at the ceremony. President Harry S. Truman (seated, left, in front row nearest the statue) spoke at the event. All others are unidentified.
