President Harry S. Truman (waving his hat) disembarking from his airplane, "The Independence," during a trip to Miami to speak at the Golden Jubilee Convention of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Behind President Truman are General Robert Landry (closest to Truman), General Harry Vaughan (behind Landry), and General Wallace Graham. All others are unidentified.
