President Harry S. Truman and other dignitaries seated in the presidential viewing stand at a parade commemorating Army Day. Seated in the front row are, from left to right: unidentified Navy officer, General Omar Bradley (partly obscured by post), Secretary of Defense Louis Johnson, President Truman, and two unidentified men. Seated behind the naval officer is General Harry Vaughan. All others are unidentified.
