A Southwest Baptist College float passes in front of the reviewing platform (in the distance) on which President Harry S. Truman and President Romulo Gallegos of Venezuela were seated in Bolivar, Missouri. The ceremonies marked the presence of President Truman and his dedication of a statue to Simon Bolivar in Bolivar, Missouri.
