Description

President Romulo Gallegos of Venezuela (back seat, left); Mayor Doyle C. McCraw of Bolivar, Missouri (back seat, center); and President Harry S. Truman (back seat, right) sitting in a convertible, driving down the street in Bolivar, Missouri. A crowd is lined up on the street to watch the motorcade pass. President Truman dedicated a statue to Simon Bolivar in Bolivar.
