Description

President Harry S. Truman attends the Memorial Day ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery and lays a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. This photo shows the tomb after President Truman has placed the wreath in front of it. President Truman can be partly seen standing in front of the group of soldiers, without a hat on.
