President Harry S. Truman on the South Quay Wall near the bow of the U.S.S. Williamsburg awaiting the return of Mr. William D. Hassett's and Commander Horace D. Warden's fishing party, arriving in the picket boat. Lieutenant Hoye D. Moore, back to camera, is talking to Commander Warden (cap) and Mr. Hassett (obscured by Moore) who are still on the picket boat. Rear Admiral Robert L.
