Portrait of Bernard Dickmann, who was the postmaster and former mayor of St. Louis, Missouri, and a friend of Harry S. Truman. The photo is autographed on the matte "to my friend, John Snyder, 11/8/48, Barney Dickmann." From: Album of photographs (portraits) of members of Congress, White House office staff, and other government officials, each autographed for the Secretary of the Treasury, John Snyder.
