President Harry S. Truman is seated on the first row, center. On the right of Truman is Brooke Claxton, Minister of Defense of Canada and to Mr. Truman's left is Major General Withers A. Burress, Commanding General of the Infantry Center. General Mark Clark, Commander AFF is seated far left, 3rd row.
