Scene of the reviewing stand for a parade honoring Ecuadorian President Galo Plaza upon his arrival in Washington D.C. Included in the picture are President Galo and City Commissioner F. Joseph Donohue, an appointee of President Truman. From the Department of State Album: "Visit of His Excellency, Galo Plaza, President of Ecuador to the United States of American, June 20 to 29, 1951"
