Description
President Harry S. Truman (left) receives a 900-year-old vase from Dr. E. W. Chang, head of the Coseoul Normal College of Korea (right). The vase is a gift to the American People. Dr. Chang visited the United States as the head of a Korean mission to study American educational methods.
