This is a photograph of a political cartoon by Clifford Berryman for the Washington Evening Star. It shows a man labeled as Harold Ickes leaving the White House as he says, "Well, he can't say that there's any mistake about that!" Behind him, a large dust cloud labeled "Ickes Resignation" engulfs the White House.
