Description

This is a photograph of a political cartoon by Clifford Berryman, published in the Washington Evening Star. President Harry S. Truman is asking Congressman Harold Knutson to stop banging the drum on Tax Reduction as Truman has a large piece of paper on his desk labeled "Special Session and Foreign Aid."
