Others present include Colonel Cornelius J. Mara (between Mrs. Truman and Miss Truman), Under Secretary of State James Webb (behind and left of Mara), Secretary of Labor Maurice Tobin (behind and right of Mara), Deputy Secretary of Defense Robert Lovett (behind Webb), Secretary of the Interior Oscar Chapman (center), and Ann (Mrs. Oscar) Chapman. All others are unidentified.
