Description
Political cartoon by Paul Loring entitled "Move Over." It shows an elephant in the dog house, and a man with "polls" under his arms asks the elephant to move over. This refers to the 1948 presidential election in which President Harry S. Truman won the election even though the pollsters said he wouldn't.
