Secretary of the Army Frank Pace (second from left) says a few words of greeting over the radio at Naples, Italy upon his arrival by Military Air Transport Service airplane for high-level conferences with American and Italian officials. With him is United States Navy Admiral Robert Carney (right), Commander-in-Chief of Allied Forces in Southern Europe. All others are unidentified.
