Secretary of the Army Frank Pace (left) presents a scroll to Lieutenant General Lewis A. Pick (center), Chief of Engineers, upon his retirement from the United States Army during a coffee party held in the office of the Army's Chief of Staff in the Pentagon. Also present are Mrs. Lewis Pick, and Lieutenant Lewis Pick, Jr.
