Description
President Harry S. Truman (wearing bow tie) greeting Soviet Prime Minister Josef Stalin at the start of the third day of the Potsdam Conference in Germany. They are in the conference room at Cecilienhof Palace. Also present are Admiral William Leahy (left) and Secretary of State James Byrnes (to the right of Truman). Others are unidentified.
