Description
President Harry S. Truman (eighth from the right) and members of his party with the staff of the "Little White House" on the south lawn. The Little White House is the residence of President Truman during the Potsdam Conference in Germany. Others present include Major Harry Vaughan (seventh from the left); Secretary of State James Byrnes (tenth from the left); Captain James Vardaman (ninth from the right); and Admiral William D. Leahy (sixth from the right). Leland Max Coleman is fourth from the left (in the back). Others are unidentified. From the album, number 2: "President Truman's Trip to Potsdam."
