Secretary of the Army Frank Pace, Jr. (left) is greeted by Lieutenant General Alexander R. Bolling, Third Army Commander, at Columbia Municipal Airport. Mr. Pace visited for two days at Fort Jackson, South Carolina where he observed training procedures and techniques.
