Description
General Dwight D. Eisenhower (near middle of ramp) and Admiral Harold Stark (behind Eisenhower) are the first to come aboard the USS Augusta to greet President Harry S. Truman upon his arrival in Antwerp, Belgium. The President is en route to the Potsdam Conference. All others are unidentified.
