President Harry S. Truman (left, in civilian clothing) shakes hands with Belgian naval pilot Captain August Willems as other unidentified crewmen watch. Also present is Captain James Foskett, Captain of the USS Augusta (second from right). They are on board the USS Augusta, traveling with other members of President Truman's party to the Potsdam Conference.
