Midshipman Judson D. Langston, Brigade Captain, of Tupelo, Mississippi (left of President Truman), presents the Company Commanders to President Harry S. Truman (center). Standing on the right of President Truman is Vice Admiral Aubrey Fitch. Standing in the background are Major General Harry Vaughan; Captain James Foskett; Captain Jesse R.
