President Harry S. Truman (second from right) watches as U-2513 nears the Devron Base. Truman rode in the submarine during part of his vacation to Key West, Florida. Also present are Special Counsel Clark Clifford (left) and Admiral Charles Styer (second from left). All others are unidentified.
