Secretary of the Army Frank Pace (left) is presented with a two volume memorial edition of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Pictorial History of World War II by Mr. Charles C. Ralls, Commander-in-Chief of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (right). The presentation took place at the Pentagon.
