Description

Secretary of the Army Frank Pace (standing) addresses the Press at the Elk's Club in Los Angeles, California. His speech was recorded by the Armed Forces Radio Service for distribution by the United States Army. Also present is Secretary Pace's wife, Margaret Pace (seated, right). All others are unidentified.
