General scene at the luncheon held by the Harry S. Truman Library Institute at the Old Plantation restaurant to celebrate the dedication of Thomas Hart Benton's mural at the Harry S. Truman Library. At the head table are, from left to right, Dr. Philip C. Brooks (partly obscured), David D. Lloyd, Bess Wallace Truman, Dr. Elmer Ellis, Chief Justice Earl Warren, and former President Harry S. Truman, and an unidentified woman. All others are unidentified.
