Description

Count Valfi, Minister of Finance of Italy, with a group of people at the opening of the exhibition of Vernon Howe Bailey's skyscrapers of New York, in the Palazzo Salviati, Rome. Picture was presented in a sample of work given to President Harry S. Truman. Mr. Bailey is the third man from the right in the front row. All others are unidentified.
