Description

A Greek poster during World War II. The Greek word at the top right says "Aerra," which translates to air. The idiom means "I defy you" or "Give us room." The words at the bottom of the photo translate to "Long live Greece." This souvenir photo from Greece was sent to President Harry S. Truman by John Marangos, Editor of the Pancretan Union in America.
