Interior of building located on 100 Maiden Lane, New York City, New York. R. Howard Bland of the U. S. Fidelity and Guaranty Company sent these photos to President Harry S. Truman to demonstrate that his building needed repairs. He was denied the ability to make the repairs because of the priority of construction materials and equipment for housing for veterans.
