Description

Photo of a "Presidential Suite" plaque at the Hotel Muehlebach in Kansas City, Missouri. Harry S. Truman is pictured on the plaque. The plaque commemorates the ratification of the Bonn Convention which opened the way for German participation in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. The ratification occurred in the Penthouse Suite of the Hotel Muehlebach on August 2, 1952. Donor: Robert T. Weatherford
