President Harry S. Truman, left, stands at attention while at a ceremony in Bolivar, Missouri. Also present are Mayor of Bolivar, Dr. Doyle C. McCraw (center rear); and Governor of Missouri, Phil Donnelly (right rear). President Truman is in Bolivar for the dedication of a statue of Simon Bolivar.
