Description

President Harry S. Truman (in back seat of car, right) riding in an open car during a stop in Bolivar, Missouri, where he spoke at the dedication of a statue of Simon Bolivar. With him is the President of Venezuela, Romulo Gallegos (back seat, left), and the Mayor of Bolivar, Dr. Doyle C. McCraw (center). All others are unidentified.
