Description
George L. Warren is shown on the left speaking at the podium in the United Nations building in Geneva, Switzerland during an IRO (International Refugee Organization) meeting. Mr. Warren while giving his speech at the meeting, noted the occasion of the movement of the millionth refugee under the auspices of the IRO. Others in view are not identified.
