Two World War I soldiers pose for a photograph outside their tent. The man on the right is First Lieutenant Newell T. Paterson. The man on the left is unidentified. Lieutenant Paterson's name is stenciled on the rolled up baggage on the left. The photograph is part of a collection belonging to Harry S Truman from the time he spent in France during World War I.
