Description
This is a commercial photograph of the Jaffa Gate, one of eight gates leading into the old city of Jerusalem. The gate is the only one built at right angles to the wall. E. Clifton Daniel, Jr. wrote on the back of the photograph: "This is one of the most beautiful of the gates leading into the Old City." Part of a group of photographs originally sent by E.
