Two unidentified naval officers shake hands as the rest look on. All are unidentified. Most likely this photo was taken at the New London, Connecticut, Submarine School where Admiral Lewis Parks was stationed in 1929 and 1946. The photograph is included in Lewis Parks' photo album entitled "Submarine Pictures W. War II."
