Major General Robert Landry, Commander of the Fourth Air Force, right, presents the Department of Defense Reserve Award Pennant to Albert Schwabacher, Senior partner of the San Francisco investment firm of Schwabacher and Company. The award from Secretary Charles Wilson, was conferred as tangible evidence of Department of Defense appreciation for the Company's cooperative personnel practices in support of reserve activities of the Armed Forces.
