Description

President Harry S. Truman stands in front of the Recreation Hall in Arco, Idaho addressing a crowd during his Western tour of the United States. Military Aide General Harry Vaughan can be seen on lower steps of the building in his uniform. All others are unidentified. (see also 59-207)
