Description
Two unidentified men dressed as King Neptune and Queen Amphitrite during the crossing the equator ceremony on board the USS Missouri. The ceremony took place as the ship traveled Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to Norfolk, Virginia during President Harry S. Truman's visit to Brazil. All are unidentified.
