An unidentified man is dressed up like a policeman during a ceremony to mark the USS Missouri crossing the equator. The ceremony occurred en route from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to Norfolk, Virginia during President Harry S. Truman's visit to Brazil. All others are unidentified.
