Description
An unidentified man is dressed up like a pirate during a ceremony held aboard the USS Missouri to mark the ship's crossing the equator. This ship was en route from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to Norfolk, Virginia during President Harry S. Truman's visit to Brazil. All others are unidentified.
