Description
An unidentified sailor scans the horizon with binoculars from the conning tower of a United States submarine while an unidentified officer relaxes next to him. The sailor with the binoculars has two visible tattoos on his arm. Photograph is from an album entitled "Submarine Pictures for Sub Base New London, CT."
