Original caption: A crowd of military and civilian observers pay careful attention to paradrops in Exercise Bayan Tree II, at Rio Hato in Panama. Five Latin American nations and the United States cooperated in Banyan Tree II to rout Agressor, a force attempting a mythical "invasion" of Panama. All are unidentified.
