Description
After twenty five years of service, Captain Urbano Quijance (right) receives the Commendation Ribbon with metal pendant from Major General Louis W. Truman (left), commanding general at Fort Lewis located in Washington State. The medal was presented in recognition of Quijance's outstanding service as adjutant and personnel officer of post special troops.
