Major General John F. Franklin (front, right) salutes the colors during the Honor Guard Ceremony held in his honor as the new Commanding Officer, 7th Army held at Kelley Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany. Lieutenant General Louis W. Truman is behind General Franklin. All other soldiers and United States Army officers are unidentified.
